Manual Test Lead - Job Description

Experience: 4-6 Years

Qualification: B.E/B.Tech, M.E/ M.Tech, MCA from a reputed University.

Resposibilities:

  • 4-6 years of experience in Manual Testing of Web and Windows Based Applications.
  • Testing Web Based Applications Experience is a must.
  • Must know SQL queries so as to see interaction of Frontend Application with Database.
  • Must have good Aptitude and Understanding of Business Logic of Websites.
  • Must be able to handle Team of Testers, be hands-on and help the team in Testing.
  • Understand the Requirements thoroughly and should be able to build all Test Cases for different types of scenarios and based on business logic.
  • Must be able to make Effort Estimation Sheets for QA Phase and make sure the team completes Testing Phase on time.
  • Must know how to review Test Cases, How to Review Test Case Executions and should know how to give Defect Giving Sessions with the Developers and Testers.
  • Must be able to create various environments needed for various type of Testing.

Technical Skills:

  • Must have good experience in both Manual and Automated Testing
  • Should be able to review Test Cases, Test Cases Execution Reports, Must be able to make Test Plan
  • Must be able to handle all phases of testing and able to deliver Testing Phase on Time
  • Should have good sql queries knowledge to do database testing , database performance testing

Soft Skills:

  • Must have experience in handling team of Testers and Mentor them as and when required.
  • Must have good Communication Skills and should be able to work under stress and pressure.
  • Must be able to keep team motivated and should have Leadership Skills.

Automation Test Lead - Job Description

Experience: 5-7 Years

Qualification: B.E/B.Tech, M.E/ M.Tech, MCA from a reputed University.

Resposibilities:

  • Automation Testing using tools like QTP/Selenium/Test Complete
  • Understand the application architecture of both Web and Desktop applications
  • Resolving technical issues encountered by the team during automation
  • Application of Manual and Automation Testing Principles, Testing Types and Testing Life Cycle

Technical Skills:

  • Experience in Automation Testing using tools like QTP/Selenium/Test Complete for 4 + years relevant
  • Should be well versed with scripting languages like VBScript, JavaScript. Java/.NET is a bonus.
  • Experience of automating both Web and Desktop applications. Good understanding of Applications based on Web Technologies like Ajax, GWT, Silverlight, Flex etc.
  • Thorough understanding of various Testing Types and Testing Life Cycle.
  • Ability to resolve technical issues encountered by the team during automation.
  • Good understanding of databases like Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL etc

Soft Skills:

  • Team leading skills for atleast 1 year.

Performance Test Lead - Job Description

Experience: 5-7 Years

  • Proficient and hands-on experience in Load Runner/ JMeter
  • Designing and developing Performance Test Scripts and Scenarios

  • Experience in HP Load Runner/ JMeter for 3+years relevant
